Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our custom embroidery and printed items, no exchanges or credits are available for custom orders. Our team is committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you have a positive experience.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

General Returns Policy

If you wish to return an eligible item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original product tags attached.
  2. Timing: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 7 days of receiving your item. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
  3. Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the subtotal amount of your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless other arrangements are made, such as local pick-up or drop-off.

Exclusions and Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse any return under the following circumstances:

  • Items that appear damaged, worn, or altered.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events.

Refund Processing

Sales Tax

High Pressure Designs applies state sales tax based on the shipping destination of the order. The applicable sales tax rate will be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that sales tax is non-refundable.
